Trader and scope
These Terms govern use of RaidQyrexx and contracts concluded through the platform. They apply to members, players, consumers, business customers and advertisers. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail where these Terms provide less protection.

The characteristics, total price including applicable taxes, delivery method, duration and withdrawal information relevant to a purchase are also shown on the product page and during checkout.
Definitions
Platform means the RaidQyrexx website, accounts, Store, games, reward features and connected services. Consumer means a natural person acting outside a trade or profession. Business Customer means a person or entity acting for business purposes.
Physical Goods are tangible products delivered to an address. Digital Content includes downloads, software, files and license keys. Digital Service includes memberships and continuously supplied online functionality. Virtual Items include game items, Gems, XP and Dominion Points.
Available Balance is an amount validated and recorded as available under the rules displayed for that balance.
Accounts, age and security
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and normally operate only one account per person. Creating or controlling accounts through another person to evade limits is prohibited.
Users must be at least 16 to create a standard account. Purchases, advertising orders and payout requests require the user to be at least 18, unless a lawful parental or guardian arrangement expressly applies.
Account sharing, identity or payment misuse, bots, autoclickers, manipulated traffic and attempts to bypass platform restrictions are prohibited. Shared households or networks are not automatically violations, but RaidQyrexx may request reasonable verification where abuse indicators exist.
Users must report suspected unauthorized access promptly. RaidQyrexx may secure an account while investigating but will not ask a user to disclose a password.
Offers, orders and prices
Product pages describe the main characteristics, availability and price of an item or service. Prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and other unavoidable costs are shown before the order is placed.
The customer can review and correct the cart before using the final order button. An order becomes binding when RaidQyrexx accepts it and sends an order confirmation on a durable medium, normally by email. Automated receipt of an order does not require RaidQyrexx to fulfil an obvious pricing error or an unavailable item; any amount already paid will then be returned.
The order confirmation records the purchased items, total price, relevant withdrawal information, the accepted Terms version and any express request for immediate digital or service performance.
Physical goods, delivery and returns
The product page and checkout state where RaidQyrexx delivers, the expected delivery period, available carrier options and total delivery costs. Unless another period is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
RaidQyrexx bears the risk of loss or damage until the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and should report visible delivery damage as soon as reasonably possible.
A consumer may normally withdraw from a physical-goods purchase within 14 days after the day of receipt. After notifying RaidQyrexx, the consumer must return the goods within 14 days. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer when this was disclosed before purchase; RaidQyrexx bears those costs where the product is defective, incorrect or where applicable law requires it.
The consumer may inspect the product as they would in a physical shop. The consumer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Digital products and license keys
Before purchase, the product page identifies the software or content, edition, platform, region, device allowance, activation method, licence duration and relevant compatibility or account requirements. The customer is responsible for checking these clearly displayed requirements before ordering.
Each license key is allocated to one order and may not be published, resold or shared contrary to its licence. RaidQyrexx records when a key or download is made available. A key being revealed does not remove the customer’s statutory right to receive a valid, conforming product.
Where the customer requests immediate delivery during the statutory withdrawal period, checkout uses a separate unchecked box through which the consumer expressly requests immediate supply and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the digital content or key is made available. This consent and acknowledgement are included in the order confirmation.
If a key is invalid, already used before allocation, revoked, the wrong edition or region, or otherwise not as described, the customer must contact support with the order number and activation error. RaidQyrexx will investigate and, where the complaint is valid, provide a working replacement or other legally required remedy. If a conforming replacement cannot be supplied within a reasonable period, the customer may be entitled to a refund.
Memberships and platform services
A paid membership lasts for the period displayed at checkout and provides only the benefits described for that membership. The checkout must state whether the membership ends automatically or renews, the billing frequency, total recurring price, cancellation method and applicable notice period.
Benefits may include different reward values, referral capacity or game and account functionality. Availability of individual reward activities is not guaranteed unless expressly included as a fixed contractual benefit.
Changes apply prospectively. RaidQyrexx will not retroactively remove paid entitlements or mandatory rights. Material changes to an active paid contract will be communicated where required.
One-hour IT support — no cure, no pay
The service is remote-only and provides up to 60 minutes of reasonable troubleshooting for the issue accepted before the session. The product page states the scope, price, supported systems, appointment method and any preparation required from the customer.
“No cure, no pay” means no service fee is due, or a paid service fee is returned, when RaidQyrexx cannot materially resolve the accepted primary issue during the session. Diagnosis or general advice alone counts as the result only where the customer specifically purchased an advice or diagnostic service.
The promise does not apply where performance is prevented because the customer ends the session early, withholds necessary access or information, lacks required licences or equipment, or requests work outside the accepted scope. RaidQyrexx must explain and record any reliance on such an exception.
The customer should make a current backup and must remain present during remote access. RaidQyrexx does not require account passwords and will not perform unlawful access, licence circumvention or work that creates an unreasonable security risk.
Games, progress and virtual items
Game rules displayed inside Dominion, Arena and other RaidQyrexx games form part of these Terms. XP, units, cities, rankings, equipment, Gems and other virtual items have no cash value unless RaidQyrexx expressly provides an official conversion or withdrawal function for the specific item.
Dominion Points are a paid-only virtual currency. They cannot be earned through gameplay, advertisements, referrals, missions, rankings or other game activity. They may be obtained only through purchase methods displayed by RaidQyrexx and used only for the functions described in Dominion.
Game balancing, seasons and future content may change prospectively. RaidQyrexx will not misleadingly present a virtual item as permanent, transferable or withdrawable when it is not.
Rewards, referrals and advertising
PTC and referral rewards are subject to the eligibility rules, values, daily limits and validation checks displayed for the activity. A displayed reward is provisional until the server validates and records the qualifying activity. RaidQyrexx does not guarantee a fixed number of advertisements, tasks or future earnings.
Users must complete activities personally. Artificial views, hidden frames, bots, autoclickers, scripts, duplicate accounts and manipulated traffic are prohibited. A reward may be corrected where reliable records show a duplicate credit, technical error, reversal or manipulated activity. The reason and affected amount must be recorded.
Advertisers must own or have permission to use submitted material. Advertising may not contain or link to malware, phishing, scams, illegal goods, deceptive claims, prohibited adult material, hate content or infringements of third-party rights. Advertisements may not be used to obtain fake likes, followers, reviews, streams or other engagement in violation of another service’s rules or applicable law.
Unused advertising value will be restored or refunded where RaidQyrexx cannot deliver an accepted order for a reason attributable to RaidQyrexx.
Payments, balances and payouts
Available payment and payout methods, fees, minimums, processing periods and verification requirements are displayed before the relevant transaction. A route is not offered as available until the provider has accepted the business model and the integration is enabled.
Purchase Balance, Main Balance, Rental Balance, cash rewards and virtual currencies are separate ledger categories. Their permitted uses and withdrawal status are displayed in the account. A platform balance is not a bank account, savings product or investment, pays no interest and does not guarantee profit.
Payout requests may be held for reasonable identity, fraud, sanctions, chargeback or provider checks. Only the disputed amount or functionality should be restricted where reasonably possible. Confirmed unrelated balances are not automatically confiscated.
Chargebacks and reversals are investigated using the order, consent and transaction records. A chargeback does not automatically prove fraud, but RaidQyrexx may recover a reversed amount and direct provider costs where legally justified.
Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Consumers entering an eligible distance contract generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For physical goods, the period normally starts after receipt. For services, memberships and online digital content, it normally starts after conclusion of the contract.
For online digital content, the right of withdrawal is lost only after supply begins with the consumer’s prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of that right and receipt of the required contract confirmation.
For a service requested to start during the withdrawal period, the consumer may owe a proportionate amount for work performed before withdrawal where the legal requirements were satisfied. The right is lost after full performance only where the legally required prior request, consent and acknowledgement were obtained.
After a valid withdrawal, RaidQyrexx refunds the amounts required by law within 14 days using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. For returned physical goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or the consumer provides evidence of return, whichever occurs first.
Legal guarantee and remedies
Physical goods, digital content and digital services must conform to the contract and to what a consumer may reasonably expect based on their description, price and circumstances. Any commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, the statutory legal guarantee.
If a product or service is defective or not as agreed, the consumer must contact RaidQyrexx and allow a reasonable opportunity to repair, replace or otherwise bring it into conformity without charge. Where this is impossible, disproportionate, unsuccessful or unreasonably delayed, the consumer may have a right to a price reduction or termination and refund.
Where required for continued conformity of a digital product or service, RaidQyrexx will provide or communicate necessary updates for the legally applicable period.
Acceptable use
Users may not attack, probe or disrupt the platform; introduce malicious code; scrape protected information; exploit bugs; evade technical limits; impersonate others; harass users or staff; publish illegal content; misuse payment details; or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Security research or suspected vulnerabilities must be reported privately through support and must not involve accessing, changing or disclosing another person’s data.
Restriction, suspension and termination
RaidQyrexx may warn, restrict or terminate an account for a material violation, fraud, security threat, legal obligation or payment-provider requirement. Urgent restrictions may be applied immediately where necessary; otherwise proportionate measures and a reasonable opportunity to respond will be used.
Where reasonably possible, the user will receive the reason, affected amount or feature and available review procedure. RaidQyrexx may correct or withhold amounts reasonably linked to a proven violation, duplicate credit, reversal or fraudulent transaction, but a restriction does not automatically remove every unrelated balance, purchase or mandatory right.
Users may request closure of their account. Closure does not erase unresolved orders, lawful claims, mandatory records or rights that must survive termination.
Intellectual property and third parties
RaidQyrexx software, branding, original artwork, text and game assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users receive only the limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right needed to use the platform and purchased content according to these Terms and the applicable product licence.
Third-party software, trademarks, stores and payment services remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. Nothing on the platform implies affiliation with a third-party brand unless expressly stated.
Reports of unlawful or infringing content can be submitted through support with sufficient information to identify the content and claimed right.
Availability and liability
The platform may experience maintenance, updates, security incidents and third-party outages. RaidQyrexx will use reasonable care to provide contracted services and to restore affected functionality.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, statutory guarantee, refund rights or other protection where exclusion is not permitted by law. Business-customer liability may be subject to separately agreed limits, but those limits do not apply to consumers where prohibited.
Users remain responsible for taxes and reporting obligations that legally apply to their own payouts or business activity. RaidQyrexx does not promise that rewards constitute a wage, stable income or investment return.
Complaints, privacy, changes and law
Complaints may be submitted through the Refunds & Complaints page or support. RaidQyrexx records the case, relevant evidence, investigation and resolution. Receipt is acknowledged promptly and a substantive response is provided within 14 days where reasonably possible; if more time is needed, the customer will be informed.
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and cookie choices can be changed through Cookie Preferences. Those documents form separate notices and do not reduce rights under these Terms.
RaidQyrexx may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, technical or commercial reasons. Material changes affecting an active paid contract will be communicated where required. The version accepted with an order remains recorded for that order.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence. Disputes may be submitted to the court competent under applicable law.
